I used polygon network and the speed of this network is awesome it takes just 10 to 15 mins for reflecting the balance in wallet

I did the transaction on same polygon network but now it's been 10+ hours and my payment is not reflecting in the wallet. Just the thing is I did overpayment. Also it is not refunded yet. Will you please suggest something on it?
