Probably inside information trading on the BTC ETF being denied, so whales dumped BTC. Or possible because of the BTC ETF, there were an insane amount of people going long on leverage, which also can cause a flash crash and shake out. Remember no easy free money. Over $500 Billion in longs were liquidated over night.
