One of my friend she is facing problem she didn't follow the second step so that she didn't receive both the loot box keys and vial in-game NFT now she didn't watch any kind of NFT on her wallet it means she didn't go to events tab and not click the submit request as same case is happened with my three more members so i personally do request to Cryptoland technical support team kindy reopen claim option for those who did not claim perfectly loot box keys and vial kindly took in to the matter they will personally contact through inbox please help them 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
