Is it mandatory to have loot box matching with the key which are received previously?
The Loot Box which I received are not similar with key.

you will need to have a matching set I would imagine to be able to open the box which makes sense ....so if you don't have a set you will either maybe need to buy a key or box to match .... or sell one in order to buy the other half of the pair.... all will be revealed in the game I guess
