The issue is the DGPs were already issued to the XRP address you put on file..

It is not the teams fault that people have lost their secret codes to their wallet. This is the first rule of Crypto currency.

We are working on a solution. Please be patient.

It tells you when you make the XUMM wallet how IMPORTANT your secret numbers are. It says "if you lose these numbers you will not be able to get access to your wallet again if you are locked out"
