They need to go onto their own profile, load each avstar and refresh metadata button top right of screen to reveal each one individually...

I have tried but when I search for Crptopian, it redirects to Cryptoland; it seems not listed in the XRP site.

You will not see your team unless they have all done process to update metadata on each of their avatar land on each profile
