Attempt 3, please help me figure out what is going on with my profile and letting me upload both profile and cover pics. Ive sent several support tickets and still nothing. Please be patient. This is a werid one off. The team is insanely busy with getting things rolled out. If it was something I could do myself but unfortunately I can't. I promise we will get it resolved for you though.

It's possible it's the type of photo file. Try converting the picture to a JPG
