THE VIKING said that due to regulatory issues swap is not coming that is ok but do we have some problems with the SEC etc or any problem with the cryptoland comiitee please give clearance on it

If the swap is not coming, then how can we convert cryptopium into xrp or how can we cash it ? Who wil create the value of cryptopium ? There are lot of illusion created, and yet after the 1.5 years nothing clear. They are playing with our emotions by launched two mini games.
