How to raise ticket? I had recharged /upgraded to Ultima plan from the previous hot plan. dont see the changes which should be effected for ultima plan but deduction of 100 XRP is done. Crypto Corey The Architect CryptoLand . Pl advise

So the ticket system isn’t back up yet, but if you could shoot me and DM and some screenshots for more context, I can see what’s up and get the Professor involved if needed. Probably wouldn’t be able to get anything done until a Monday though.
