We continue to make significant progress in our investigation of the attempted arcade exploit and are gradually allowing withdrawals for affected individuals. Currently, withdrawals are now open for those who have no arcade scores or have never logged into the arcade. Some accounts flagged for multiple IPs/accounts may still be under review and have withdrawals disabled.
To qualify for withdrawal, you must have at least one land or avatar; free air drops are not eligible.
This enabled withdrawals for 1,937 players. If you're still unable to withdraw, please allow an additional 24 hours for updates.
Additionally, we'll compensate for lost membership days due to paused withdrawals by adding the delayed days. We thank everyone for their patience as we meticulously investigate and audit all accounts.
