Community Update: A Week of Progress and Forward Momentum

Hello CryCor Community,

We hope this update finds you well. As always, transparency and open communication are at the forefront of our values. Here's a comprehensive update on our recent activities:

Ticketing System Overview:

*Volume Handled: Our diligent team has meticulously reviewed over 2,000 emails and tickets this week.

*Duplicate Tickets: A significant portion, 1,500 to be precise, were identified and deleted as duplicates. We're currently scrutinizing another estimated 100 tickets, which seem to be duplicates submitted on behalf of others.

*Ticket Breakdown: Of the tickets that remained, roughly 40% were genuine concerns. The majority of the rest arose from members not staying updated with our announcements, missing our weekly calls, or not viewing our educational videos.

*FAQs on the Horizon: To streamline our support process, we're developing an FAQ section. Expected to be completed over the weekend, this section aims to address approximately 300 tickets that primarily require education. Meanwhile, our focus remains on resolving the approximately 200 legitimate concerns.

*A Striking Statistic: To put things in perspective, only 10% of the 2,000 tickets raised genuine issues. We anticipate having these addressed by the end of this weekend.

Changes to the Ticketing System:

As we evolve, so do our systems. When we relaunch our ticketing system, it'll morph into a more efficient 'suggestion box'. This will help us identify common issues and strategize solutions accordingly.

A small yet notable mention: We had a new record this week with one individual sending 44 tickets about the same issue within a very short span. To ensure the integrity and efficiency of our system, we're devising measures to curtail such repetitive submissions.

Community Feed Guidelines:
The community feed is our sacred space. It's where we gather, share, educate, and uplift one another. We kindly reiterate that it's not a platform for discussing tickets or individual issues. Members not abiding by our community standards may face restrictions on posting and commenting. Let's keep our community feed constructive and positive.

Game Updates:

*Duration: There was an announcement made by the Architect about changes to available durations. This DOES NOT affect any asset currently in a 15 day or 30 day duration action. Nothing was done to current actions, and anyone caught misleading or misinforming about this, or trying to cheat the system on a non issue will have actions taken, that could include being banned from posting on the social site.

* Assets still Active: We found a small issue that only affected 26 people on their Land and miners not returning to Available status after they completed their contract. Two pieces of good news: It only affected 26 people, and it has not happened since the 19th of October. Finally, all 26 people have their assets again in available status and the system was able to give them the rewards as if they had kept mining.

On a brighter note, the thieving pool is blossoming! Currently boasting over 10,000 CRYPTO, it's growing daily. If you have yet to acquire an Army class, now's your golden opportunity. They're available on exchanges such as onXRP or can be procured directly via the Purchase DGP section in our community. Remember, assets purchased directly enjoy the perks of all the airdrops.

In closing, we appreciate your continued support and understanding. Let's march forward, hand in hand, making CryCor a thriving and harmonious community.

Best Regards,

In the heart of the CryptoLand, miners and tax collectors worked day and night to extract the coveted Cryptopium ore, a rare substance that, when refined, yielded the invaluable CRYPTO. As time passed, the realm introduced staking duration options for the denizens, ranging from a mere day to an arduous thirty days. The allure of greater rewards tempted many to choose longer durations, hoping to amass vast fortunes.

The realm was abuzz with activity. Mines burrowed deeper, and tax collectors travelled extensively across CryCor's vast expanse, from the Plains and Forest to the Lakes, Rivers and Mountains, collecting dues and ensuring the realm's economy thrived. The horizon was dotted with the lights of the mines and the banners of tax collector wagins.

However, as the weeks unfolded, a shadow of unrest began to spread. The once-enthusiastic miners, driven by dreams of digital gold, started showing signs of fatigue. The tax collectors, dealing with the occasional unruly peasant and the tedious task of auditing, began to wear out. The roads, once bustling with activity, now bore witness to the weary footsteps of those returning from their long endeavors.

Word reached the opulent halls of the Kings and Lords. Concerned, they dispatched envoys to the mines and tax collection points to assess the situation. The reports they received painted a grim picture. The relentless pursuit of Cryptopium ore and CRYPTO had taken a toll on the realm's workforce. Miners, their hands calloused and eyes dimmed, spoke of the grueling hours underground. Tax collectors narrated tales of long journeys and the challenges of dealing with an increasingly restless populace.

The Kings convened in their grand council chamber and the Lords joined, their avatars emanating an aura of concern.

It was then that a message arrived, a digital scroll wrapped in glowing runes. The Architect, the grand designer of CryCor, had spoken. His message resonated across the chamber:

"Hear ye! Hear Ye! A Message from the Architect! No person on the surface of CryCor shall be forced to work longer than 7 days. Efforts to improve the health and working conditions of your people will be rewarded. Forcing them to work longer may results in reduced rewards."

The Kings and Lords, realizing the wisdom in the Architect's words, quickly disseminated the edict across the realm. Miners and tax collectors alike breathed a sigh of relief. The realm of CryCor, while still bustling with activity, now had a more measured pace. The people rejoiced, grateful for the Architect's intervention, and the realm continued to thrive, albeit with a renewed sense of balance and well-being.

I saw someone ask this morning about how we get more liquidity into CRYPTO. If everyone in the community went onto Sologenic and put a limit buy order for CRYPTO for 200 XRP, there would be 1 Million XRP of liquidity for CRYPTO today. It's up to us as a community to foster the growth and value of CRYPTO.

In all play-to-earn games, it's really the responsibility of the community to provide the LP, not the team. The team's job is to deliver a strong game with sound tokenomics, and I think they’ve done that.
