Claim option for land reveal in my cryptoland wallet. please guide .Crypto Corey

In the main menu under Community, Tap on My DGP Wallet and you can your Land DGP unclaimed. Tap on Claim button to claim your unclaimed Land DGP. It'll take you to the XRP site to scan the QR code and from your mobile phone, open XUMM app to scan the QR code, then slide to accept the confirmation request on your XUMM app. And you'll be taken to My DGP Wallet again and the Claim icon changes to Reveal. Tap on it and there's your first minted DGP.

Had to email support because I seem to be stuck on the NFT Claim page with the "please wait while we process your claim message". Tried some basic troubleshooting things but nothing has helped. Has anyone else experienced this issue, but it was resolved? If so, how?
